We provide the necessary circumstances for lasting changes to occur. Behavioural change only takes place under very specific circumstances: a rational brain state, high psychological safety, adequate reflection and insight, and practice of new behaviour in a comparable situation.
Authentic and Tailor Made

The sessions were a far cry from the normal, boring corporate presentations I'm used to. Was a great change of pace and I really appreciated how it was a true group session instead of a lecture.
