  • Executive coaching (founders, C-level)
  • Career/personal issues and/or goals, e.g. procrastination, stress management, burnout prevention, leading a challenging team (usually 4-6 sessions).
  • Communication skills, e.g. preperation for challenging conversations, setting boundaries, pitchting your ideas, etc. (usually 1 session)
  • During all coaching sessions we can make use of Action Learning: role play of challenging situations

Intervision Circles

  • Intervision workshop to train everyone (1.5 hours)
  • Guided intervision session (1.5 hours) by Bravely Psychologist
  • Intervision guide and concrete action plan for further learning in circles in-house
  • Remote or face to face

Intervision was introduced at the end of the Bynder Leadership Academy. Super insightful to have the whole group advicing you about your challenge, getting their perspectives and, as a plus, to stay connected with the group on a quarterly basis.

preparation work | Individual intakes | mediation session(s) | reporting

  • Approach: Combination of extensive preparation work, individual, thorough intakes and a mediation session. This all-round approach ensures that all parties feel heard and understood; steps towards a resolution becomes possible and a thorough advice on a Psychologically sound solution can be provided
  • Facilitated by an experienced Psychologist mediator
  • Prefered setting is face to face at the office or off-site. A private and safe setting is necessary
  • Including a final report with advise on solution approach and suggestions for future development of individuals
